Trust – The Non-Profit Organization
Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, Faridabad (Haryana), popularly known as Sai Dham an eminent NGO established in 1988, is a prominent not for profit voluntary organization engaged in socio-economic uplift of the society across caste, creed, colour and religion through its various activities such as:
- Providing 100% free and quality education to 2000 poor children (1400 at Faridabad and 600 at Niswara (UP) with nutritious food, clothing, study material, health care, and excursions; free yet better than best public schools in India. The school at Faridabad is CBSE affiliated up to Senior Secondary level.
- Skill development to rural youth in numerous modules with placement.
- Facilitating mass marriages of about 100 girls in a year in four batches from weaker section of the society irrespective of caste and creed without any expenditure on the part of their parents. Hasalready performed 987 marriages till November 2019.
- Health care to about 1000 needy persons per day through its 18 clinics inclusive of Allopathy, Gynecology, Ophthalmic (Eyes), Homeopathy,Acupressure, Acupuncture and Psycho Neurobics (Cure of seven chakras without medicine). Free Dental Care is being provided to all the students and staff of the school courtesy SudhaRustagi Dental College.
- Distribution of clothes and Sanitary Napkins to Tribal and Poor people in backward areas of different Indian states. Dispatching about three to four truck-loads per month to Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bundelkhand in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Jharkhand serving tribal and poor children, men and women. The beneficiaries are being persuaded to do some community work in their areas like planting of trees, repairing the roads and water bodies (ponds).
The NGO is directly benefitting over 5,000 children and 3,00,000 families, through more than 30 live welfare projects on education, healthcare, skill development, mass marriages, livelihood, women empowerment, distribution of clothes and sanitary napkins in over many hundred remote villages and slums across 9 states of India.

A Gold medallist in Bachelors of Science from Banaras Hindu University, he graduated in 1955. After having led a life of a seasoned businessman, he relinquished his business in the year 1986, as Sai Baba’s realization and grace flashed upon him, to spread the message of Baba. He, along with his wife, Ms. Kanta Gupta, established Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, popularly known as Sai Dham at Faridabad on 3 acres of his ancestral land that he donated for the NGO. Sai Dham is serving the humanity, the underprivileged through its initiatives in education, vocational training, mass marriage, health care, clothes distribution and numerous other activities.
