Ethics and Values

At Shirdi Sai Baba School, along with knowledge building, the children are encouraged to build a sound, moral character. Ethical discussions are initiated thatmakes them stronger beings while also enabling them to handle pressure of their home and career. Such discussions not only expose students to contrasting ethical opinions, they also provide an opportunity to understand the reasons behind the differences. As a result, students are able to expand their understanding of ethics and enables them to distinguish the right and wrong.

In today’s era of materialism, the focus is primarily on money making. This has resulted in the gradual erosion of values among people and the body politic. The only way to arrest this decline is in providing value-orientation in our educational system.Ethics and character are closely related. Practicing the ethics of charity, love and peace inculcates the values of honesty, truthfulness and integrity in a person’s character.
