Till today, more than 2000 underprivileged young men and women have benefitted from the Vocational Training Center of Sai Dham Faridabad. Sai Dham also provides placements to the beneficiaries through industrial ties ups. It runs the following certified courses, free of cost –

- Logistics – Documentation (Certified Course)
- Electrician (Certified Course)
- English Speaking (Certified Course)
- NTT (Certified Course)
Skill development amongst the youth helps to curb the problem of unemployment while also contributing to the development of the country. Sai Dham is especially committed to the cause of women empowerment by making the women of the underprivileged sections of the society financially independent through its skill development programs like tailoring, dress designing, beauty& wellness, computers, and elderly health care. Through the industrial tie ups, the trained men and women are also provided placements.
