Since April 2004, more than 10000 young men and women have benefitted from the Vocational Skill Development center of Saidham. Skill development amongst the youth helps to curb the problem of unemployment while also contributing to the development of the country. Especially the youth which has been devoid of a meaningful academic life, skill development proves to be a source of their upliftment. India can hone its vast human resource by empowering them with skill development. Sai Dham is especially committed to the cause of women empowerment by making the women of the underprivileged sections of the society financially independent through its skill development programs like tailoring, dress designing and beauty culture. Through the industrial tie ups, the trained women are also provided with placements.
To support the poor youth the organization is providing training in the following certified courses:

Keeping in view of our philosophy to serve the poor and needy, we have taken our interventions to the interiors of India, reaching the poorest of the poor in the remotest rural areas by way of:
- Free education with amenities to the poor children.
- Skill Development with placement.to the youth
- Healthcare to about 1000 needy through 18 dispensaries in Faridabad, NCR, and other towns.
- Mass Marriages of 100 poor girls per year.
- Distribution of Clothes to Tribal and Poor People by sending truck-loads of clothes to different states in India.
- Women empowerment.
- Providing awareness of organic farming.
