(‘My dream shall come true when each and every child of India will receive education’)
~ founder, Sai Dham

All the children of our country are our future. On them depends the well-being of the entire society. It becomes our responsibility to educate each and every child of our nation. However, children belonging to the poor and downtrodden classes of the society are deprived of quality education that hinders their development. We, at Sai Dham, firmly believe that providing quality education to the underprivileged children will lead to the all-round improvement in their standard of living, health, skill and financial conditions. This in turn shall also help curb the menace of over population.

Shirdi Sai Baba School, Faridabad

Touched by the plight of poor children belonging to the neighboring slums and nearby semi-rural areas, loitering aimlessly around our campus of Sai Dham, it occurred to us that these children need an opportunity to be educated. In April 2004, Shirdi Sai Baba School was started with just 67 students in order to provide free and quality education to poor children along with nutritious food, clothes, study material and health care. The efforts to motivate the under-privileged bore fruit and the number of children has risen to more than 2000, out of which over 50% are girls. We visualized a holistic system of education, under which besides school fees and study material, food, clothing, health care and educational tours are provided to them, absolutely free of cost. The school is housed in three modern school buildings that is complete with smart classes, 5 computer labs, sports facility and an auditorium. The school is affiliated to CBSE. 100 percent results were obtained in our first batch of class X. It was heartening to see our students score 99 % in Hindi, 94% in Mathematics and 93% in Social

Shirdi Sai Baba School,Niswara (Distt.Mahoba) -UP

Sai Dham, under its vision to transform the educational landscape of the country by replicating the model of Shirdi Sai Baba School, especially in the rural areas of the country, was brought to life by establishing the second Shirdi Sai Baba School in the village Niswara, in Mahoba District of UP. The school works on the same model of providing free and quality education to the underprivileged children of the village area along with food, books, stationary clothes and health care. The school was started in 5 acres of donated land. Sai Dham looks forward to set up many more schools in rural areas.

The main objective of the model of Shirdi Sai Baba School is to pull out the students of the disadvantaged section of the society from the clutches of poverty. Undoubtedly, education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation, as it empowers an individual to earn better livelihoodand increases one’s awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to capability building to knowledge building– and in the process, help become a better citizen of the nation.
Today, 8 million children in India are out of school – surrounded by poverty, illness, and despair; they are fighting a daily battle for their survival.

KG and Pre-school, Shirdi Sai Baba School, Faridabad

Under the mentorship of Building Kidz Inc. (a US based company running kindergarten schools), Sai Dham now has a new section, especially for the tiny tots. Building Kidz is now running four sections of KG classes with 192 tiny tots in attendance. There is a special curriculum based on performing arts and dances. Sai Dham has been able to provide the young ones of the underprivileged families in India with the same resources and facilities to play, read and learn what their counterparts get in the US. This has created a huge positive impact in terms of learning and grasping in the minds of the children whose parents do not have the means and education to provide such training and facilities. Taking care of the sapling, shall definitely lead to the healthy growth of a tree. The students of the Building Kidz preschool who subsequently enter the first standard have turned out to be the best performers of the class.
