Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, Faridabad (Haryana), popularly known as Sai Dham, is a Non-Government, Non-Profit organization founded in 1988. It is a voluntary organization engaged in socio-economic upliftment of the society across caste, creed, color and religion through its various activities such as:
- Providing 100% free and quality education to 2000 poor children (1400 at Faridabad and 600 at Niswara (UP) with nutritious food, clothing, study material, health care, and excursions; free yet better than best public schools in India.
- Skill development to rural youth in numerous modules with placement.
- Facilitating mass marriages of about 100 girls in a year from weaker section of the society irrespective of caste and creed without any expenditure on the part of their parents. We have performed 955 marriages till July 2019.
- Health care to about 1000 needy persons per day through our 18 dispensaries inclusive of Allopathy, Gynecology, Ophthalmology (Eyes), Homeopathy, Acupressure, Acupuncture and Psycho Neurobics (Cure of seven chakras without medicine).
- Distribution of clothes & other items to Tribal and Poor People in backward areas of India to support their basic necessities.
Touched by the plight of poor children from neighboring slums and semi-urban areas, loitering aimlessly around our campus, Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, in April 2004, established ‘Shirdi Sai Baba School’ at Faridabad and at Niswara Dist Mahoba–UP in 2013 to provide absolutely free and quality education with nutritious food, clothing, study material and appropriate healthcare to the children hailing from financially weaker section of the society. The school is affiliated to CBSE board.
Special efforts are made to encourage underprivileged families to send their daughters to get quality education at the school. We take immense pride in saying that currently more than 50 percent of the strength of the school comprises of girls. In the academic session 2018-19, the school got 100% result in CBSE Board Examinations. Most of the students scored around 90% marks. The results were outstanding as the toppers scored 99% in Hindi, 94% in Mathematics 93% in Social Science. The NGO, directly benefits over 5,000 children and 2,00,000 families, through more than 30 live welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood and women empowerment, in over 95 remote villages and slums across 4 states of India.
Education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. Education empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and increases one’s awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen. Realizing this, Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society, beginning in the corridors of education, adopted unique life cycle approach of development, focusing its interventions on children who in turn will empower community at large. Today, 8 million children in India are out of school – surrounded by poverty, illness and despair; they are fighting a daily battle for their survival. Together, we can help a child and bring hope in their lives and can make it last.

a.) Modern labs
Sai Dham provides all the modern facilities to its students. There are thirty smart classes with interactive boards and projectors, well-equipped ‘state-of-the art’ physics and chemistry labs and five computer labs containing 151 computers with internet connectivity, a well-furnished library and an auditorium.
The Schools provide Nutritious food in clean utensils, cooked in a hygienic kitchen under supervision. It consists of a balanced diet, which attracts children to attend school regularly and in turn increase their interest in studies. Food plays a vital role in attracting children to attend school and save them from child labour.
In order to take care of the healthcare needs of the children, Shirdi Sai Baba Schools provides regular dispensary, medical check-ups and treatment. This has eased the burden on their underprivileged parents who could not afford costly medical treatments.
d.) Spiritualism and Meditation for a difference
Meditation and yoga play an important role in moulding the student’s moral character and encouraging them to be hard working, respectful and pure at heart; we believe that the inner discovery of their self is an important milestone to achieve a better life and respect for all including environment around us.
